Gutter Cleaning
Basic Gutter Cleaning Service Description:
- Clean All Gutters – removal of debris
from all gutters attached to the house.
- Clear
Downspouts – Downspouts will be cleared down to ground level. Serious clogs that require removing part of
the downspout to clear will incur an extra charge (see below).
- Gutter Upkeep – tightening gutter nails as we deem necessary and possible.
A note on cleanliness: Gutter cleaning is an inherently messy proposition. It is impossible
to clean gutters completely mess free. We do our best to be as neat as possible and will make every reasonable effort to clean
up after we finish, leaving your house and yard in the same condition as we found it or better. If you are not satisfied with
the cleanliness of your premises, please call us as soon as possible to let us know, so the situation can be remedied. Additional
Gutter Cleaning Services: - Cleaning
Under Screens – If your gutters have screens with debris under them,
the screens must be removed, the gutters cleaned, and then the screens replaced. This will be billed according to the
amount of extra effort required
- Replacing
gutter nails – missing or damaged nails will be replaced at $4/nail.
- Clearing
Serious Downspout Clogs – those that require taking the downspout apart
will be billed at a $25 flat rate.
- Reattaching Downspout to Gutter
– downspouts that have come loose from the gutter can be firmly reattached to the gutter at a $25 flat rate.
A note on estimates: We strive to make
as accurate a guess as possible as to the amount of work required to do a thorough gutter cleaning on your home and give estimates
based on that information. However, certain unexpected circumstances that affect the price cannot be foreseen until the work
is already under way. If any unexpected circumstances seriously affecting the cost of your gutter cleaning come up, you will
be notified immediately and no further work will be completed without your approval.
